Hi, my name is
Daniel.
I am an ambitious photographer and videographer. My passion is wildlife photography, but I also try to take some landscape and city shots.
Spring arrives . . .
. . .
Spring brings fresh light and lively colors, giving wildlife photographers bright and simple scenes to work with. Soft morning light, new green leaves, and early blossoms create clean backgrounds and a calm, natural mood. Birds are busy building nests, deer appear more often in open spaces, and insects return, adding movement and variety to the landscape. There is no shortage of subjects, yet spring still feels gentle and balanced.
There are challenges as well. The weather can change quickly, and clear skies may turn to wind or rain within a short time. Light also shifts fast, especially in the early hours of the day. But with a little patience, these moments can work in your favor. A break in the clouds or a beam of sunlight through fresh branches can turn an ordinary scene into a strong image. Spring is about noticing new life, staying flexible, and making the most of brief, beautiful moments.

About me
Hi, I’m Daniel Taucher, a 22-year-old student at TU Wien (Vienna University of Technology) from Austria. Alongside my interests in electronics and automobiles, I’m a passionate photographer with a strong focus on wildlife. Observing animal behavior and translating those moments into images is what drives my work.
While wildlife is my main subject, I also enjoy shooting landscapes and city scenes. I take every opportunity to capture meaningful moments outdoors—and here you’ll find a selection of my favorite shots.
